Our class timetable spans seven days a week, giving you ultimate freedom and flexibility with your training. 

Functional fitness - Functional fitness refers to a style of training that focuses on improving your ability to perform everyday activities safely, efficiently, and effectively. Train multi-joint movements that mimic real-life actions — such as lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and twisting.

Fitness racing - is a HYROX style class that blends functional fitness and endurance racing into one challenging, full-body event. It’s designed to test your strength, speed, stamina, and mental grit across a series of standardized workouts and running segments — making it both accessible and measurable for athletes of all levels.

Functional strength - Everything functional fitness but with a strength bias. Tempos and pauses and a greater focus on moving with efficiency. 

Synergy - is a team based class workout. Large amounts of reps split between either 2 or 3 people. Lots of sweat and lots of fun.
